WHY FOCUS ON AB WORKOUTS IN JANUARY?
Because abs are our core. It’s where our gut is and our gut is our intuition. I like that part of my body being strong because it’s the centre of my body, it supports me and my mind, it supports everything.

WHAT'S ON YOUR NEW YEAR PLAYLIST?
Music is a huge motivator. My core workouts always have the best groove going on. Afro beat has that joyful, sunny sound, in January that’s exactly what you want to hear, check out this playlist.
