What payment methods do you accept?

On adidas.com.ph we accept the following payment options:

 

  • COD Available Nationwide
  • *Max cart value ₱ 10,000

    *Available Nationwide.

     

    Cash on delivery is available nationwide. Please check the list of post codes here if your delivery address is within the serviced area for COD.


    COD Delivery Rules & Restrictions

    1. Our designated carrier Quantium Solutions or their nominated 3PL partners shall contact you and give a schedule range what time on the delivery day they will be able to deliver your parcel and collect the payment
    2. Consumers are expected to prepare the amount due for collection at the time of delivery. To facilitate a faster and smoother process, it would be appreciated if consumer could prepare the exact amount needed to be collected; in case that a change would be needed, please advise your local delivery guy to prepare change for a specified amount once they contact you for delivery schedule.
    3. Please note that consumer is only allowed to reschedule once of up to a maximum of three (3) business days only. If on the re-scheduled date that payment isn’t ready or in the event of another re-scheduling, your order will be cancelled and will be delivered back to the adidas distribution center.
    4. Once the parcel arrives, the delivery associates are instructed to collect complete payment first before handling over the parcel.
    5. Consumer should check parcel for any tampering before accepting the parcel. Consumer has always the right for refusal. The adidas seal should be in-tact at the time of delivery. However, consumers are not allowed to open the parcel until payment has been collected and handed over to the delivery guy.
    6. Once payment has been handed over to the delivery guy and parcel has been handed over to consumer, the delivery process is completed and successful. If you find any issue with your order i.e. defective, not as what was ordered, etc., please contact our adidas CS team via live chat or on Facebook Messenger for better assistance. Our delivery service can only assist with the delivery, so in case of issue with your order, let us help you by reaching to the adidas online Customer Service team.

    Other reminders:

    1. COD option only applicable for orders PHP10,000 and below.
    2. If your order is within PHP10,000 limit, and you have enter your full address, and still COD option does not appear, this means your area is not yet included in the serviceable area for COD. We are continuously working with our partner to include such areas within our reach.
    3. COD will not be available for collection at adidas store or PostCo location. If store location or address was keyed in manually, your order will be cancelled.
    Can my delivery address be different from my billing address?

    Yes, it is possible. During the checkout process you can choose different addresses.

    Please note that this option is only valid for addresses within the same country.


    How do I checkout?

    Our simple checkout process is designed to help you complete your order and finalise your online shopping visit quickly and easily.

    1. If you have already registered your e-mail address with adidas, or created an account at our online shop before, you can use your e-mail address to login. Otherwise, you can check out as a guest or create an account.
      • Having an account will give you access to handy features such as the address book and your personal order history.
      • The first two steps of the checkout ask for your delivery and billing address. If your billing address is the same as your delivery address, simply check the checkbox and the billing address will be filled out automatically.
      • If you have stored an address during previous checkouts, you can also use the address book to select this address.
    2. Next up is the payment information.
      • You can pay either with debit or credit card.
      • Once you have entered all your data on this page and clicked continue, money will only be transferred from your card once you confirm your order on the next page.
      • Please note that to ensure the safety of your data, your debit or credit card data will not be stored on our systems.
    3. When you have completed your payment information you will enter a screen with your adidas order overview.
      • Please check all the information on this page, since this is your last chance to correct it.
      • After hitting "Confirm Order", your order will be processed and sent to the warehouse.
      • From this point on, if you have registered with the adidas online shop, you can track your order in your account.
