Shows are great for running they are super comfortable and are true to size. Only issue is that the quality of the shoe could be a lot more there are some stitches that aren’t thoroughly hidden and are easily visible on some spots next to the sole.

Good mid range trainer.

Nice fit. Moulded slightly to fill the arch in foot - Orthopedic. Light. Colour true to image. I followed reviews and ordered half a size up. I’m usually a size 5 and I ordered 5.5. Fit nicely. I bought to allow some cushioning whilst running and stability for light weight training. Rating fit based on sizing up.
