Absolutely the WORST customer service experience I’ve ever had. I ordered an item expecting the correct design, but what I received was completely different from what was shown in the app. Wrong product, wrong details—clearly a failure on their end. Now here’s the worst part: I tried to return it following ALL their instructions. I printed the return label, packed everything properly, and went to the courier they indicated. Guess what? The courier refused to accept it because Adidas didn’t even provide the proper authorization document needed for the return. So not only did they send the WRONG item, but they also made it nearly impossible to return it and get a refund. I’m the one doing all the effort, yet I’m stuck because of their poor system and lack of coordination. This is beyond frustrating. Delayed refund, wasted time, and zero accountability. Do better, Adidas. This kind of service is completely unacceptable.
