this shoe been a lifesaver for my plantar fasciitis. easy on my heels and a breeze to walk in around ALL DAY. the pain has been slowly disappearing over weeks! very comfortable for running, walking, going about the town running errands, workouts. would not recommend for gym though as it's quite high and not the most stable
