The adidas SL72 sneakers first hit the ground running in 1972 and have been making history ever since. The "SL" stands for Super Lightweight, a pioneering concept that pushed the boundaries of what was possible in footwear. This reimagined pair takes the revolutionary spirit of the original and infuses it with modern style. The metallic leather upper is accented with classic leather 3-Stripes and a heel tab that nod to the brand's sport heritage. An EVA midsole and rubber outsole add a contemporary twist.
