Do NOT buy online. Buy in store. I bought this shoe in store and love it. I ordered the same pair online for my sister. Tracking showed that after 14 Working Days it was still sitting in Melbourne. It was only via emailing (never got a response) we saw it had reached NZ. Then it seemed to sit there again. There was no real tracking. It was only going to Facebook support that we got clarity and it was delivered 18 working days after ordering it. No notification when ordering about delays. Their automation & notifications for the delivery experience needs overhauling. The shoe is fantastic, the delivery experience appalling.

Shoe size was a little small, ordered a 10th pipe have gone for 10.5. Quality is good and shoe looks great.
